Registration of Primary 1 children for August 2023 takes place from 7th to 11th November 2022 and is advertised widely in local press etc.

After restrictions due to Covid-19 over the last few years, we are delighted to once again offer new parents/carers the chance to visit the school before enrolling.  We are holding an Open Afternoon on Thursday 27th October at 2pm. Please come along for a tour of the school and the chance to meet Mrs MacDonald our Head Teacher, Mrs Traynor our Depute Head Teacher of P1-3 and our Parent Council.

Organisation of Classes

The following guidelines set by the Scottish Government apply:

P1 – Maximum 25
P2 & 3 – Maximum 30
P4-7 – Maximum 33
Composite Classes – Maximum 25

Composite classes have pupils from more than one stage.
